WOMEN AT WORK PROJECT

"Women at work" is my most personal project. It honours women working in different fields. While living in Bangkok, I photographed many street vendors, the easiest subject to take photos of. Then, I decided to develop it as a project, aiming to promote women and to show how many women work very hard outside and at their homes. It meant a huge change in approach and results to shoot with the “Women at work” project in mind. I challenge myself to add other professions and to interact more with the subjects, talking to them and learning her stories. This is an ongoing project, carried out mainly in South East Asia, where I have been living since 2011.
